After an open-ended format questionnaire:
-38.2% agree or strongly agree they were discriminated against during an assignment
26.7% said discrimination in promotions
21.8% discriminated against in training opportunities
-51.8% did not file a report
-Although, 59.2% rated their agency supportive of women.
When asked the biggest challenge women consistently responses "balancing work life and negative attitudes of male colleagues"
